Audi has the Q5, Mercedes the GLK, Acura the RDX, Infiniti the EX — and very soon BMW will launch the X1 into the burgeoning compact luxury crossover segment.

BMW is foreshadowing this new vehicle at the Paris auto show. While called a concept, little is expected to change for the production version.
